Our Fit Guarantee

We want your Stowed net to fit your vehicle. If it doesn't, we'll fix it.

• Wrong size? Tell us within [30] days of delivery. We'll send the other size free. [Decide: do they send the first one back, and who pays? Recommended: no return needed for size swaps.]
• Still doesn't fit? Tell us within [30] days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price. [Decide: return required or not.]
• How to claim: email [support email] with your order number, your vehicle (make, model, year) and a photo of the net fitted.
• Change of mind: [Decide your policy. If you offer it, say who pays return postage.]
• Faulty items: if anything arrives damaged or fails in normal use, contact us and we'll replace or refund it.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) and the Australian Consumer Law. It does not limit them.
